Just from reading your post, I can understand 100% why the MSC rejected your reports. You can NOT follow simple directions. This forum has very few rules but you have chosen to disregard them by naming the MSC and the client in the same post/thread.
Never mind breaking your ICA with the MSC and then contacting THEIR client directly. I hope someone from the this MSC and other MSCs reads your post and deactivates you. Looks like it is time for your to find another career path.

I have currently shopped for Market Force twice and they refuse to pay. The shops were both [client name removed] shops and their excuse to not pay was not valid either time. I reported this to the [client name removed] headquarters. I am waiting for a reply from them.
Mod note: It is against forum rules and an ICA violation to link the client with the MSC. Please refer to the posting guidelines in the blue box that appears when posting.

Sybil2 If I'm correct the shopper has only been shopping a month. Evidently didn't read the rules. I think you came on a little to strong to say it mildly. I don't think deactivation would be necessary. I'm sure that you scared them away from the forum. Newbies need some understanding of the rules, yes, but in a more productive way.

I agree with Sybil2 completely. If someone is completely ignorant about the process , and they makes some kind of "rookie mistake," they don't get to get online and blast a MSC. The new shopper got paid in some experience. I have completed a bunch of shops for Market Force, they don't reject shops for no reason. They don't pay very well, but they are a fair company.
You need to look up the definition of bullying in the dictionary. Telling someone that they have broken their ICAs and the forum rules is NOT bullying. You think it is fine for a disgruntled "shopper" to contact the MSC's client directly? I think YOU need to reread your ICA if you think that this is acceptable behavior.@jmitw wrote:

BUT BULLYING ATTACKS ARE WELCOME IN THIS FORUM...
The person joined the forum about a month ago. It does not necessarily mean that they have only been shopping for a month. With the amount of new trolls popping up here almost on a daily basis, it just sounds like troll-like behavior to me. But that is MY opinion. How many posts do we see in this forum @#$%& and moaning about rejected shops but no details?@shopper8 wrote:

As I recently posted in another thread, I am not a rainbows and unicorns type of person. I deal in reality. The reality is that the OP did not follow the basic rules of this forum and the ICA that they signed with MF. If you don't like my delivery, I encourage you to use the toggle feature. Don't worry...you will not hurt my feelings.@Tarantado wrote:
Agreed that this poster shouldn't have jumped to conclusions without providing any details on the situation... Constructive criticism and educating should be what the community should be about. However, insulting and talking down on someone isn't going to help one bit.

Sometimes new shoppers come to mystery shopping with a naive outlook and an "employee" perspective. An employee can make mistakes and still get paid. Too many mistakes may get him fired, but the first couple are usually okay, recognizing a learning curve. The employer eats the cost of the employee's learning curve. An independent contractor gets one chance and he does it right or it won't be accepted and he won't be paid. Each job is a separate contract and each job must be done correctly. The independent contractor eats the cost of his own learning curve. That's a lot of pressure for many new shoppers.
The first rejection for a newbie is cold water in the face.

Another pissing war among shoppers. Can't wait to see if there are bar brawls at the conferences.
