Person to Person Quality Bonus Payment Issue

I did these shops a couple months ago for Person to Person Quality, but I recently joined the forum and never had the chance to ask. I did a few alcohol compliance audits (ID Check) for them, and there would be a $2 bonus applied if I added a step and purchased a seasonal drink while doing the audit. I did this for just about every shop that I did, but when the payment came the next month (on-time), this bonus wasn't added.

I sent emails to the generic info email and the payment emails but never received any feedback. Has anyone else worked with this MSC or have any advice about these type of issues coming up?

I have done many types of shops for them over the years. They are easy to reach by phone or by an email to your scheduler (not some generic email). I think you should pursue this in a calm manner, with every expectation that it will be resolved.

Thanks for the reply, I have emailed a couple schedulers when this happened but never got a reply back. I haven't phoned them though. It's been over 90 days so I'm not sure if it would be appropriate to pursue further.
Of course it is appropriate! Just pick up the phone. They are good people there.
