Second to None report time frame

How long does Second to None give to get completed reports in? I'm not seeing it on their website.

It is listed in the instructions (guidelines) for each shop. The requirement is 12 hours for every shop I have ever done for them.

Shopping up and down the Colorado Rocky Mountain front range.

Thanks. Quick answers to my questions are just one more reason why I love this forum. I read the guidelines for the shop for the third time and can't see the information anywhere.

I made a habit long ago to do reports immediately upon getting home, never been late (10 years). Usually due
by midnight same day, some give you until the next day without penalty.
