Cirrus Marketing any one work with them. They have a 90 day pay schedule.

My friend had to call a stamp her feet to get paid the 50.00 she was owed. I'm not expecting to be paid until the end of March, so I am wondering does anyone else have a problem with them, or was it an honest mistake. Once she raised the questioned she was paid with paypal with in hours. I've had this experience with Rigdeway also. There quick pay never works for me either.

I have done only one shop for them. The misery is true. It takes almost 4 months to be paid. Needless to say, I am not too eager to take another one! tongue sticking out smiley

you have to fill out a monthly invoice with info of each of your shops. then you have to remind them three months later to pay you, or they might forget.
You do your part (shop and invoice), and then you wait for your payment in FOUR months. It doesn't come, so you have to chase it.

They feel that they can take that long to pay because shoppers shop in their spare time. That's what they said when I asked about my payment. They are on my 10-ft pole list for a reason.

Same problem. They DO NOT pay when promised. I have to wait the (verrry long) time and then they still do not pay. So I write and they want me to resend invoice that I already sent ( and got email confirmation of.) Once I said I would do apartment shop and scheduler promised, "Quick pay in a month," that didn't happen. So no apartment shops for them. If I do the one retailer I like, I put on my calendar to start bugging them for payment. Then they are snotty + snippy about it.
Email an invoice to invoice@cirrusmktg.com. Keep the invoice and confirmation. Start emailing them in April about your payment.

I have never shopped for them but I get the impression their pay schedule is "90 days if you're lucky."

I believe it's technically 3 months++ (plus the remainder of the month, plus the Paypal delay) from when they receive the invoice, so if you did a shop on the first of January and invoiced correctly, they could pay you May 5th and still be within their payment terms.

It's been my experience that payment doesn't necessarily come within this period and in the past I sent a reminder, then was paid quickly after, but I once forget to remind them and may pay came about 2 weeks later than promised on its own. Based on that, I agree with bluegirl. They intend on paying whenever they get around to it, but don't make it a priority.
Cirrus processes the payment after 90 days. About a month later, you might receive it.

I did one job for them in my naive life while starting MS'ing......never again, I learned they are a rough tough company that couldn't care less for their shoppers.....didn't take long to figure that one out!!! Why anyone wants to wait that long for pay is beyond me. Thoughts are they may think you'll have moved on and forget about the pay....just saying!!!

Live consciously....
I am still waiting on payment from shops done in july. As soon as
I get paid I am done with them!!!
Have you contacted them about it?

Did you send them invoices for your shops?

I forget to send them an invoive. I didn't realize it until I started to chase the payment. I was paid within a few days.

Unfortunately this is the problem with Cirrus. I would stay away from that MSC if you are expecting to be paid within a month.
90 Days?! Outrageous. I thought Sentry's 60-days was crazy, but 90? No way. Adding Cirrus to the no-shop list. Anything greater than 45 days is a no-no for me.
It's 90 days for the payment to get processed, and another 30 days to receive the payment by PayPal. And that's only if you contact them to get paid.

@honnybrown, yes I did invoice. I sent an email asking about payment and got an email stating that it would be processed 30 days after the shop. So I replied to that email stating that the shops were done in June/ July. After that, communication stopped. Have not heard from them since.

You have to stalk them. Be ready to run around in circles.

I have $250 due to me from Cirrus for 2016. I did not realize that I had to send in an invoice and then hound them to get paid. Wont do any more with Cirrus.
I did one shop for them last summer and was paid correctly according to their pay schedule. However, the invoice requirement, waiting 90+ days for payment, and calling 3 days in a row to reach a target, doesn't put them on the top of my regular mystery shopping list.

Part-time Colorado Shopper since 2016.
I've always been paid within 90 days after the editor grades the report.

That said, I don't count on the money for paying my regular bills or my budget for mystery shopping.

If you have the time to do a shop with them, willing to put in the time for the reports; I would recommend the company based on my own experience. If you need the cash quick as a bunny, this is not your company.

I consider the payments as Yippie! money. My last paycheck, I was able to buy some landscape trees that were clearance.

Get hold of your scheduler or Monnie. Explain the situation. I made the same mistake with my first shop. Monnie and my scheduler fixed it immediately.

90 DAYS?!! Ridiculous, wise up fellow shoppers, I'm ok with taking the "sucker" wages, but these drawn out pay schedules gotta go. I'm not a big "lets unite and fight" guy, but, with pay schedules like that, I'm ready to grab the pitchfork.
jloves, I'm right there with you. It;s a shame because I really enjoyed their big box shop.

Also, it's 90 days to process the payment. You have to stalk them to get paid a month after that.
