Does Ath Power deactivate you?

I am trying to figure out what may have happened with me and Ath Power. I never had major problems with them...they asked for clarification a few times. Now when I apply for jobs, I don't get them. The job sits on the job board and gets bonused. If the job is self-assignable, I try to get it and I get a message that I have reached my limit of 0 shops for the month. My girlfriend shops for them too, and recently she got a call from a scheduler (she didn't recognize the name) and said she couldn't do the job but that I could and told the scheduler who I was, and the scheduler told my girlfriend that she would call me, and then did not. I wrote a couple of schedulers that I have dealt with asking what is wrong, and received no response. I am wondering if anyone could clue me in to what may be wrong? My girlfriend lives with me, so we do reports from the same ip address. Could that be the issue?

The bit about the same IP address is more of a thing with MF than any other company. I would think if Ath Power was going to deactivate you they would have explicitly done so and you'd see a deactivation citation on your shop history. However, the "0 shops per month" limit does strike me as odd. I'd reach out to the scheduler that called your girlfriend and ask what's going on.
Some of the shops are on a 6 month rotation. I found that out when I, like you, didn't get the shops I applied for. After two months of nothing, I got an email about the new rotation, and was told my eligible date.

My girlfriend cannot remember the scheduler's name. She was filling in for one of the regulars. And the name is not on the acceptance email. Some of the shops I am applying for I have never shopped before or it's been longer than 6 months, so it does not sound like it's a rotation issue.
I have been requesting jobs and not getting them... I just recently signed up with them though. sad smiley
Yep, got deactivated after years of shopping with them and yes same IP will do it. Also remember you are nobody to them just an Id number. Burned out on mystery shopping, glad to be done with it.
I have been shopping for ATH for many years. Each bank has it's own rotation, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, some even a year. You need to shop for several of their banks in order to keep shopping. I try to make a route with two to three different banks at a time. Check to see if you are deactivated in your shop log, if not you should be okay. When you apply for a bank or branch it will automatically state whether or not you are qualified. Keep close conversation with your schedulers, they are all great, at least the ones I work with are. If you flake on any shops your schedulers won't call you or help you out. If you have a good rapport with your schedulers they will bend over backwards to help you.
