I too Got the Bankruptcy letter today, it does say if it latter appears that assets are available to pay creditors, that we will be notified by another letter.

Pretty much we ain't getting paid tho I'm sure.

I got a bankruptcy court letter in the mail yestereday for NSS. It is a notice to file proof of claim due to possible recovery of assets. Anyone else get this?

I am filing my claim right now for $743.64 (worth a shot to get both fees and reimbursements) but the problem is, my screenshots of NSS website that I captured before they shut the site down are PNG and the claims site will only take Adobe PDF documents. I don't know how I can covert them or if it's even possible. Therefore, no photos are going to be able to be uploaded either, folks, since those are generally Jpeg. Any ideas?

There are many Print to PDF converters available on the web. If you use a Mac, I think this capability is native to the OS.

Shout out to the shoppers who suggested that we print the info before they closed down the website. I printed mine. I just found the paper tonight.

HS Brands requires pdf for most if not all of their Las Vegas shops. I downloaded Genius Scan years ago because of them. It's as fast as a photo (well, since it is a photo...). I use the free version.

At home, my $49 All-In-One (thanks Target) will scan into pdf if I just switch settings.

Officially got my court document saying that there are no funds for distribution... anyone else?

I just got the letter from bankruptcy court stated that there is no distribution..(((( ...the end of story..I did not expected any returns for money at all..

I also just received my letter today saying no distribution. I realize this is just me whining but ... I wish they would have spent the money on paying those of us they owe instead of spending on bankruptcy legal fees and all the mailings related to the bankruptcy claim.
