This is one company that shoppers continually dogpile on, and I'm just curious as to why?

There were a few times that Dave asked me to respond to a forum under a different name, posting positive things about the company and defend them. I believe Dave is a good business man in the sense he can make money at this job, but I also think he needs classes on how to deal with people.
