Bottom line is shoppers are going to evaluate the balance between:
the fee for a job,
the prep time including test that has to be taken,
the time commuting to the location, the length and type of report,
if there were problems with editors in the past,
the method and timing of payment and if there were problems with getting paid in the past
when deciding whether to do a job or not.
No amount of flooding this forum with job postings that will only appeal to a small geographical area change those facts.
The market will take care of the problem, if shoppers want to work for the company, they will-if they don't want to work for them, they won't.
