Marketforce payment for November shops

MF shows that my payment was sent direct deposit to my account yesterday, but it's still not showing up in my bank account. I've never had this happen before, but I'll wait until tomorrow before I hit the panic button.

ok. HItting panick button. The dd date on their site is when the money is sitting in my account in previous months. Not the case this month.
No need to panic at all. I'm surprised each month when they have a date of the 20th at the latest and everyone runs on the 9th and 10th freaking out. I always give a company a minimum of a week and often 2 weeks beyond the expectation date. Search MF Payments, Marketforce payments, or any variant of that in the search bar and there's a thread every 3rd or 5th week on it.

The only reason I am concerned is because their website shows that I was paid by direct deposit yesterday (and it showed on their page as early as 11 am yesterday). However, my bank has not received anything from them as of 15 minutes ago. This is definitely not a normal situation, but I will hold off until tomorrow before I email MF to find out what's up.
I wouldn't stress it. They're working on our 1099 print outs, accounting, year end closings, and year end shops. Probably hit sometime towards the night or tomorrow. They do have until the 20th, 11:59 PM to meet their promise, even if they have a DD sheet set up. Ipsos is another company that will show your DD's a week or longer in advance.

I have not yet, but my last name starts with a P so I am always last in line alphabetically. sad smiley
I am talking about the DD on their website. Is yours still there?

I do not see even one person in this thread, with any level of experience in this matter, panicking.

I just checked my profile, and the DD payment that was there late last night with a 12/13 date is gone and nothing in the bank. I am too stressed. Thanks for listening and not lecturing. smiling smiley
I check my account on MF and it showed early 12/13 and the amount but now it has disappeared. Not sure of what is going on but it has not hit my bank account yet.
Mine was showing as DD yesterday in my acct history but now it’s disappeared like everyone else’s and no money actually put in my bank acct. Bills are supposed to start being deducted from my acct tomorrow and without my MF money I will be overdrawn. Normally it’s fine. Usually, they will post a note on their website saying payments will be late but they haven’t so far. This is very frustrating. At least keep us informed.
Yep, mine was posted as DD 12/13 on payment history and has now disappeared from payment history, interesting turn of events. Notice a message has been posted concerning payments on website and when due per IC agreement.
Update on the MF website:

December 14, 2017
We have received a number of emails from our Shoppers asking why our payments are late this month. They are not late! The ICA Agreement you signed, as well as a number of places on the shopper website, all reiterate that Shopper Payments will go out between the 15th - 20th of the month. Shoppers who have signed up for Direct Deposit will receive their money first. Those who are still receiving checks will get their payments one or two weeks later.

Please remember that just because you have received your payment one month on the 9th or you think you always have it by the 12th or you believe that the payments have never gone beyond the 10th, the truth is that we have told you -- and we will stand by that -- the payments will go out no later than the 15th-20th of each month. That is the date range you can count on and should budget for. If you happen to get your payment one month on the 9th or the 11th or any other day before the 15th-20th, consider it a good thing!

Just a head's up for this month....everyone should receive their payment tomorrow, but depending on your bank or credit union, it might not show up in your account until Monday.
Who wrote this? It sounds like my brother who went to college and didn't quite graduate, got married and divorced two weeks later, worked weeks to put a bike together only to have the handle bars fall off. Makes me wonder if they're not spending a little too much at the crab bar. This was posted to their facebook page also. Not much else is posted there except for their messages that show on the home page of their site.

My bank would show it if I was getting it today, 12-15-17. It's 12:04 on the 15th and I know when my bank shows stuff, it's late, IMHO
It refreshingly sounds like it was written by a human being -- one who is constantly being asked why a payment is late when it isn't.
With time on my hands as I wake up way too early here to a still quiet house in metro Chicago, still nothing on my payment page. Don't forget about the big system update, perfectly synced to coincide with when they have normally processed past payments early in recent months. But it is an inconvenience, this blip in the cash flow just before the holidays. I stagger my bill payments not by due date, but by chipping away throughout the month steadily. Hopefully, it will be there today in time for the weekend.
My bank account shows a deposit from Marketforce this morning.

This isn’t a knock on anyone and is a bit off topic, but it’s sad how many people (including my former self) live paycheck to paycheck. I totally get the panic, frustration and anger of expecting money in order to get life done and it doesn’t show.

I remember before direct deposit was a thing, our checks would be delivered to the store via the grocery truck. If there was inclement weather, the truck broke down or a warehouse strike, we wouldn’t get paid. Made life difficult.

My advice (and it’s hard) is to quickly save up $1000 for times like this and then work on a 6-12 month living expense stash. This is easier said than done.

Glad payments are starting to come through.
My bank shows payment pending as of today. Two other family members also show payment today. Payment this month is not late. I'm very grateful every month to receive payment early but I don't expect it early and I wouldn't consider contacting the Help Desk about payment until MF has exceeded its stated payment terms.

The update on MF's website is not well-written but is factual and good for them for addressing it. I might have gone a step further and said "We have limited Help Desk staff and we are already struggling to address shopper questions about shops and reporting problems. Shopper want and need quick answers when they are trying to complete and report their shops. Please do not call or email about your direct deposit until payment is actually late. This ties up our staff and makes it even more difficult to respond timely to serious shopper inquiries."

Hopefully, someone would have worded it better than I me but it deserves to be said. When we have issues with shop completion and sending reports, we want immediate responses. How many responses were delayed because of a flood of payment inquiries when payment wasn't even late?

Incidentally, people who contact an MSC asking when they will be paid when payment is not due yet are "high maintenance." Many posters here worry about being deactivated by MF for mistakes or canceling shops. Guess what. I bet more shoppers are deactivated for being "high maintenance."
