That's a pretty low blow, the "high maintenance" accusation and threat of deactivation for inquiry. However, I know for a fact that it is a typical thing for people to say to people who are in a position such as this.
A LOW BLOW? Give me a break. I'm not "threatening" deactivation. I don't work for MF and I do not deactivate anyone. I'm not making any threats. I'm speculating, like everybody else on this thread and on this forum. I have no idea who at MF makes deactivation decisions or how those decisions are made.
There are a lot of posts here on the forum from people who worry about being deactivated by MF. There is speculation that 3 mistakes causes deactivation. Another speculation is that canceling or rescheduling an unspecified number of shops causes deactivation. My speculation is that there is more danger of being deactivated for making unnecessary contacts and/or arguing than mistakes or cancellations.
Sorry for your financial problems, and I'm sorry for the financial problems any other shopper may be having. And I understand living paycheck to paycheck, as someone else mentioned. But those are personal problems. MF is not responsible for personal financial problems. Personal financial problems are not a reason to begin to make inquiries about payments that are not even due yet.
