I feel a little better knowing that I’m not alone. They have always paid, so I’m not really concerned.
Hopefully tomorrow.
Yes, I’m waiting for payment as well. Stalking my PayPal account actively. smiling smiley

I don’t like boarding planes I cannot jump out of... it’s dangerous.
My payment is late. No response to their Paypal email address at all. This is totally unacceptable.h
I have multiple shops scheduled with this company tomorrow...oh well, they won't get done. I'll be damned if if lay out more of my money if the can't answer a simple email.

Yep, just shows you how much a shopper means to one of these multinational companies..not di**,
Do they pay twice a month? According to their FAQs, payment is made on the 15th of the month while the ICA states 45 days.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Wow. One day and you are going to cancel all your shops? Is that really good customer service?

Wow. do you not understand that pay out is executed on the 15th and 30th? [per ISOS guidelines]
I've done quite a bit of work for them. On my most recent pay statements, they state that they pay on the 15th and 30th of each month - with a one day allowance for holidays. They cut pay dates off at the 7th and 22nd, meaning that it could take up to 38 days for payment to reach an account. The payment policy link on their Shopmetrics reads "TBA." I suspect that the "45 days" in the ICA is a CYA statement, just in case something happens with their internal processes causing a delay, they have an eight day cushion so as to remain in accordance with the ICA.

I looked back at my payment history with them and they have paid like clockwork. For a company that has been so reliable, there is no reason to panic at a one day delay. (However, I do recognize that it can be painful to not receive earned money as expected.)

Yeah, love them, I know I will get my payment. I don't care if they are one day late, big whoopie.
I'm not going to lay our another $100 in expenses without being paid as per THEIR guidelines.
LOL at you hurling insults at me. I am a successful mystery shopper of over 16 years and far from stupid. What's the big deal about $100 in expenses? I don't live paycheck to paycheck, sorry that one day makes such a huge impact in your life, I feel sorry for you. I will make that much in the bonuses I get from them each month.
Anyone unable to accept, understand, or tolerate a payment late by a few days is someone who ought not be in business - any business.
Do you not understand I was asking if they usually pay more often because neither their FAQs or ICA confirm that information? Do you not understand Ipsos is your customer, not the other way around?

I think that compared to many MSCs, their payment turnaround is unusually fast. I wish all MSCs paid so promptly.
They have always paid me promptly as well. I’m not concerned about being paid, but it does make me feel better knowing that others are also waiting. I’m still new to this and was a little worried that something was going on with my PayPal. Newbie jitters.
I owned a business for 6 years so I understand payments can be late. Things happen. What frustrates me is that they haven’t posted anything on their website or sent emails to inform us what’s going on and when payment can be expected. Another MSC had payment issues last week and sent emails out as soon as they discovered the issue.
I love Ipsos and the scheduler I work with is excellent as well. I never worry about their payments. I'm tip top and ready to keep on working for them tomorrow on my next shops. The invoice is in my history. And it says payments will be processed on their end on the 30th -- not that payments will be deposited into accounts for certain on that day. Once they process them, it's up to Paypal to get them to us in time. They still have a few hours.

If you are referring to Customer Impact, their payment issue was a much bigger deal than being a day late. Whoever was supposed to process direct deposits put them through as debits to the accounts which could have resulted in shoppers being overdrawn.

BTW, my response was to jentheshopper. MC posted in betweensmiling smiley

I love Ipsos too and I've only been with them since November. I was shocked when my first payment came less than 2 weeks after the only shop I'd done for them at that point. I had no idea they paid so fast. So I can definitely wait a day or two. S*** happens. And for the shopper who doesn't want to incur anymore expenses while waiting, if you live in my area, I'll gladly take those shops. I have one Ipsos for tomorrow and I can definitely take 2 or 3 more.

What's done is done. An egg cracked cannot be cured.
There are 3 kinds of lies. Lies, Damn lies, and statistics.
I understand it was a different issue but I was referring to the communication. I love shopping with Ipsos and will continue to do so but wish they would communicate with us!
So, all the shoppers here are good with Mystery Shopping companies violating their OWN TOS. Says a lot about their own views of honesty and integrity.
The pay dates are the 15th and 30th. It doesn't matter what the cut off dates are.
