I did a copy shop (where you take a thumb drive in and have them make flyers, brochures, etc.). They were supposed to be in black and white and the clerk offered color, said they'd look better. Quick thinking me remembered that if they offered something I was to accept. What was that something.....hmmm...must have been "color copies". OK, color it is! Cost an extra $30. Got outside and re-read the guidelines. Oops, wrong upsell. They reimbursed for B&W and I was out the extra. Lesson learned.
