Yeah, Harland Clarke will list your first name, yet only the first initial of your last name. I've seen this for years, and its not that big of a deal. What I did find that was a big deal was that you would be surprised to see some of HC's clients with their guidelines within plain sight on the desk. I've seen that on three occasions in the last 3 years, all in somewhat rural areas. I presume that if a bank knows the time frame that they will be shopped, then HC would send out guidelines to the client, and the client would in turn send it to the bank manager. Hard to miss the guidelines when it says "Harland Clarke" at the bottom of pages of paper.
And yes, I hate Mintel right now for the simple fact that they make it difficult to reset my password.
