There's the problem. Before heading off the the assignment, read the manuals, guidelines, comments, and the report form. Sometimes the report form asks for information that is not specifically detailed in the manuals or guidelines, but it is available to the shopper before performing the shop.

Yes, if it Lost and Found, it is mandatory to photocopy the money serial number.
But this is for Restaurant & Bar.

Thank you for pointing out. In the guidelines for Restaurant & Bar, the money serial number did not need.
Only for Lost & Found section.
So, this is very weird for me to have been rejected.

Really appreciate your comments. Currently, I'm still waiting for the Project Manager response (after I sent her a respectful email on Saturday) on why she did not approve my report, but up to now, I did not get any email from her.

As ICs we are allowed to request anything we want prior to making a decision on accepting an assignment. Some MSCs are more accommodating than others. Unfortunately, if there is any doubt we are left with two choices, turn down the assignment or allow it be assigned then cancel as quickly as possible if the requirements are too onerous for the compensation.

Because it is really hard to communicate with the Project Manager.

As others mention, if you have questions you should go ask the Project Manager.
And when I asked her, this is how she responded:
"If you still have questions, I am concerning about the quality of report and audit you conduct."

Have all Project manager as arrogant as this?
