Maritz Yellow Gas Station Editors Don't Know How to Do Their Job

Not gonna lie. It was a little weird.

Better watch out for those 90 year old flirties, Hoju

I've always kept my face out of the photo by holding the proof of having the guide in front of it or standing on tiptoe to have my head out of camera range.
Just take care that you preview your photo. I once sent in my photo with part of my undergarment showing (because I stood on tiptoe, buttons popped). I didn't realize the photo was showing that until after I had submitted.
I'm sure they had a good laugh

Hoju's aiming for a slice of red velvet cake. I was just waiting for a good time to bring this one back. It is my favorite post OF ALL TIME!

Thanks! From the threads on yellow stations, I guess I had better take both kinds and see what happens submitting the headless one first. Good to have backups of everything!

I have done about 200 or maybe even more at this point of this particular shop, and all but about 20 of this photo I take are headless. I take it like I take the employee photo. Never a problem, just be sure the vest and guide/tablet clearly show.
I noticed in a hold they changed my responses as well. One pump had regular gas that worked, but the diesel pump had a yellow "out of order" sleeve over it. They changed that that pump to a "Caution" and marked that the pump handle had a oily residue on it. Uh, ok. There wasn't really an option for only the diesel pump not working, but that option didn't seem to fit either. Oh well.

Someone said this problem was spilling over to the green stations, and I can attest to that. It has also spilled over to the Red stations. Part of the problem I see at Maritz is that they simply don't read what is in front of them. Case in point: I wanted to change the date of a shop - not extend to a later date, but bump it to an earlier date. There is of course, no option to choose on their contact page for this scenario, so I chose extension from the drop-down menu, but then started my message with, "I DON'T ACTUALLY NEED AN EXTENSION......." I received a response stating, "This shop is not scheduled until........can't understand why an extension is needed...." This proved what I had long suspected....they don't take the time to read anything.
When Maritz unveiled the new website, I had to change many of my dates selected for the "Blue" gas stations. The only way I could do this was to call, not E-mail or any other method of communication. Asking calmly, I said that I needed to change the dates. The reply was that the only way they could help me was to remove those shops from my assigned list. The, I would have to go back to the list of available shops and self-assign them to new dates.
That is what I did, hoping, of course, that they were not snapped up by another shopper.
