Oh, look, what was that rule about not being able to do more than one shop, even if they're in different locations, using different internet sources and/or computers, at different restaurants, and at different times? Can someone tell my scheduler about that bullet (well, that dash symbol)? #RighteousIndignation

Just wondering if your payment came through.

Maybe the title of the thread should be changed. Despite you finding a loophole and assigning more shops than allowed, and the difficulties you had with the instructions, BVA certainly doesn't sound like the worst to me. They actually sound like pretty good guys, paying you for all shops even though they will not be paid. I understand that they have told you they no longer want to work with you, and you are miffed about that, but you got paid for everything.
This sounds like a good company to me.

I would guess at this point both the company and @eodermatt are happy this is over, and no longer have to deal with one another.

Let the record reflect that I acknowledge payment for all my shops - finally.

How many days did it take to get payment? They told you that they will be few days late. We are talking days which in mystery shopping industry is not a long time at all. I think it really stinks when your work doesn’t go the way as you wanted or planned, for whatever reason. You sound like you enjoyed and want to still work for them. I would send a scheduler another email and ask for consideration. You may need to be a bit more humbled, like. A LOT more humble

OK, now they say it; there's no telling how long those instructions have been where you found them. Perhaps they were added after OP did her jobs.

They just sent this email out...

Hello,
We have come to the end of the first part of our study and thanks again to you, we did well.
The program continues with a new set of rules.
Please kindly note that from now on (SATURDAY JUNE 30TH) :
- The rewards will be treated within 5 business days (we have too many daily surveys to review, to validate and to reward)
- The mode is TAKEOUT only. Even if the questionnaire has not changed, we only need takeout surveys until next notification.
- Some towns are now out of the list (you received an update on June 27th and 28th). No survey will be accepted if you manage to pull some.
- Starting July 2nd, the new job questionnaire will bear the city name, the partner name and the mode as follow:
Atlantic City
USA
NJ
[REDACTED]
Take-out
Baltimore
USA
MD
[REDACTED]
Take-out
Reminders:
- You still can do more than one job a day but it has to be takeout for both, different partners, different meals, different restaurants
- You still have only 24h to fill out the questionnaire
- The screenshots have to be accurate (checkout mention, name of partner/restaurant on the detailed confirmation email, total amount of expenses, order ID, date and hour of each required steps…)

I just wanted to do a quick follow up since I was bored...It seems the OP doesn't know where to find the info, but that does not mean they didn't in fact post it. Took me less then 5 minutes to find this.
Clicked on Food Ordering Job Instructions on the left side of my browser, bottom of the page, and this is a direct quote:
... and feel free to book another job !
Please bear in mind that you can complete 1 job maximum per meal of the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). In other words, you can complete 3 jobs per day maximum.
To book another job, go to "New jobs" on BVA's platform.
So....um, yea, 3 jobs per day. There you have it, in black and white, so they do say it.
