Market Force Theater Check

Hi Is the log in different for the Market Force Theater Check than the Mystery Shop? I am signed up and currently doing evaluations for them via the mystery shop. When I try to register as a theater checker I get through all the screens and when I enter my social it tells me there is a user in their database with that info. But I don't know how to log into the theater side?

My login at the theatre side is my email address and a password that I chose. The mystery shopping side is the shopper ID that was chosen by their machine and a password that I chose. Hope that helps.
Thanks for replying. I will have to write them. When I reguest new password I get an email saying that my email isnt in their system :-/
If your soc is in there they should have an account of some type for you. Call them. They answer quickly, unlike the retail side, and are quite helpful.
It is different for each one. I had the same exact problem with my email not in their system. I contacted them and got it taken care of right away.
Hi..currently in the process of applying..they asked me to upload my photo id..now asking for me to upload a piece of mail showing my address for proof of address. I thought Driver's License would suffice for proof of address..just thought it was a bit odd so wanted to check here before I uploaded that also to see if that is the routine process for the theatre side.

@weatherman2111..just not sure..I am a shopper with market force. It is just the theater side where I'm finding the application process a bit odd. Do they require a driver's license and a picture of the mail where it lists the address? I'm starting to remember what made me question it..After I uploaded the driver's license to the market force website, I received an email asking for the picture of the mail for proof of address..but in the email it said not to upload to the site..only to the email only...hmmm guess I'll call them on Monday..the more I write this out..the more it seems like maybe a scammer intercepted somehow..

Yeah, do not upload ANYTHING to an e-mail. You've been hit by some scammer. There is no reason to ever upload a picture of mail. some companies do want a driver's license photo, but they will almost always ask for it on their website. I have occasionally worked with one scheduler who works independently and asked for my ID, but he was upfront about that and not representing anyone else. Do not send whoever you are talking to anything else and forward your e-mails to whatever Marketforce Theatrical aka Certified Field Associates e-mail address. They should be told.
@weatherman2111..called marketforce..they are saying yes it is a requirement for the theater side..I still do find it to be an odd requirement though

Yes, they make you upload ID. But I deleted my account because all the jobs they had never paid enough to be worth it to me (even with bonuses), and I was tired of the spam.

Hunh, I don't recall doing that. What number did you call?
@weatherman2111..it was the helpdesk number and it is legitimate. I sent the required item after I spoke with the helpdesk and am able to look at the shops for the theater side now

Ah, ok. Interesting. I don't recall e-mailing them my ID. I don't recall giving to them at all actually, but I guess I did. Good luck. Beware on the standees. They can be tricky.
