As someone else said, just contact them! There are plenty of shops in NJ. Contact through the help desk and ask them why you're not seeing any shops. Maybe when they re-set your account, somebody on their end forgot to put you back as active, even though you can log in. Or check your profile; maybe you haven't filled out all the required fields.
I've always gotten a response from their help desk, not always right away, but in a timely fashion. Recently I couldn't see shops I've been doing, wrote to them, and received a prompt reply with explanation.
I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
