Coyle scheduler contact? I have been trying to reach them since 8/11 with no email replies

Hi all,

I made an account on this forum a while ago but not sure if I ever posted. I've been registered with Coyle for years and have done several brand standard and narrative hotel audits for them in the past. I used to email Taylor directly when inquiring about assignments, but found out they are no longer in the scheduler role.

I've been trying to book brand standard audits since August to a location we are traveling to next week. One of them is still sitting in my applications as pending, meaning it has not been assigned to anyone yet. I've sent emails to scheduler@ and support@ on 8/11, 9/15, 9/19, and 10/5 inquiring about the status of my request and none of them have ever been replied to.

Does anyone have a direct individual contact that they can tell me to reach out to so I'm not just repeatedly emailing a shared inbox that apparently is getting routinely ignored?

I think they would have answered if the location/shop was hard to fill. Sometimes they will answer in last minute when it may be late and hard for you to manage the travel/hotel shop. Also, they shuffled people around at Coyle; I think that Taylor doesn’t do as much scheduling as before. Wither way, I would not rely on getting this shop, and most importantly, do not take it personally, this is nothing unusual for Coyle.
It is sometimes a tough go when one has to wait and wait and wait ....welcome to the club...
Yep. They've seen your e-mail, they are choosing not to assign it to you for whatever reason.

Too bad nobody chooses to let shoppers know rather than wasting considerable time applying.

Agreed.

When applying for Coyle assignments, I would suggest that you don’t pin your hopes on being assigned. Definitely do not plan your trip around the possibility of being assigned the desired property. If it happens, it happens. This realization has saved me a significant amount of anxiety.
