Hold the presses...I just got my email saying the money was being deposited into my account.

They've totally blown off my $40 bonus from July. I keep getting paid for other shops, but not for that even though I constantly email everyone about it. NOT COOL.
I haven't received payment from OK'd shops completed in JULY. I've sent several emails to mspayments@ipsos.com and have not received a response.

I did get a response from mystery.shopping@ipsos.com that instructed me to contact mspayments@ipsos.com.

Time to send another round of inquiries regarding my payment.

Wow, that's really annoying. Why pay us for most but not all?? Maybe daily emails to all of the addresses will help.
Being upset that one's customer is a day or two late in paying is, in my opinion, a clear sign that one has no business being in business. Sending dunning messages for such minor tardiness is, IMO, rather unprofessional and a good way to get on the "don't bother engaging this shopper again" list.
How do you figure the above posters not being paid for July shops as being a day or two late? Do you realize that it's mid November? And I don't guess you do a lot of shopping for IPSOS, as they don't do any sort of retaliation to shoppers in the way of "don't bother engaging this shopper again" lists. SMH.

I agree, Rousseau, although that comment does not apply to me. If one is upset about a day or 2, perhaps it is because it is happening too often.

Sorry, but I find it inconceivable that a shopper has not been paid for 1 month, let alone 4 months as posted, and them not offered any kind of explanation or communication. I call BS.

As offensive as your posts are in general, I actually must agree with you on this part of your post.

Your agreeing with part of my post really doesn't make me feel nice and warm and comfy (thats not important to me) but your level of pearl clutching is somewhat of a concern. My "offensive" posts??? Really?????

Aside to LisaSTL...hope you get a chuckle or smirk from this kerfuffle.

You have 6 posts now. None of them are particularly positive.
From what I have read regarding Lisa, I am sure she is not smirking or finding any amusement in your posts, spicy.

This was in response tk the banned forum member.

Oh, and regarding pearl clutching, that was Park City Brian who coined that phrase and he hasn't been active on the forum in a very long time. Interesting that a new forum member would refer to very old threads from a poster who has disengaged from the forum over a year ago, which indicates to me that it's likely you are someone who has created a new screen name (again) after being banned from the forum.
I've worked with this company a lot over the years. My experience with IPSOS is that payments almost always go smoothly and are paid like clockwork. However, when there is a problem it is EXTREMELY difficult to clear it up and a majority of the time they will not respond at all. Right now I have two shops stuck in limbo. The scheduler is the only person that responded to my email and that was to let me know it wasn't her area but as a courtesy, she would forward my email to her boss. Two weeks later still no response from anyone.

OP did not mention anything about July. That's a divergent remark down the thread. Asking if anyone "got paid today," on the 16th is a sign of someone concerned about a payment due that day or the day before.

I do a considerable amount of work for IPSOS. But, I stand by my statement. It is unprofessional to attempt collections every day, even when dealing with deadbeat firms (which IPSOS is not one). That said, deciding not to engage a shopper's services because the shopper is a whining pain-in-the-neck is not retaliation. It is a common-sense business decision. Just as vendors don't need customers who don't pay their bills, firms don't need vendors who complain outside the norm of business.

Rousseau, your post was directly after two posters who remarked about not being paid in July. You did not clarify to whom you were responding.

The OP did not state that they had emailed IPSOS at all, and did not state that they were going to email IPSOS daily...and asking if anyone got paid does not sound like whining.
Rosseau, asking if anyone got paid today, which was posted on the 16th of November, is pretty much mentioning something about November.

Yes, I have correct my post to read, "OP did not mention anything about July..."
My reason for asking if anyone got paid was because IPSOS pays like clockwork. I've had ongoing problems with PayPal and my bank not posting payments timely and wanted to nip it in the bud if that was the case. Plus, it was a $1,200 check.

There was nothing more or less to my question except to determine if there was an issue I needed to jump on.
So SummerSault and The Greatest were both incarnations of spicy1? Wow, smacks of desperation. How many screen name alter egos has she created to rejoin the forum now, only to be banned for negative comments again and again? SMH.
Shes a real class act, that spicy1/SummerSault/The Greatist/Sizzlers.
