I did a shop for them 10/25/18 and I still haven’t been paid I emailed them and still no response

According to their website, they pay via PayPal 45 days after the shop or 45 days afte4 the receipt has been verified. You need to wait a bit longer for payment. There is a separate forum to discuss specific companies. Ther first thread on that forum is about MSC payment times and About Face is listed there as well.
Ok so I have to wait till the 45th day exactly? I thought it said up to meaning within those days after but ok I will continue waiting also I don’t know how to really work this so I’m not sure what forums you were referring to

Yes, there is no need to contact them until at least 45 days after the shop. About Face is a reputable company and I have never had a problem with payment.

Hello, Im also waiting for payment. It has been over 45 days and aboutface has not contacted me. What is going on????
They said there were payment issues with PayPal pushing a lot of payments late and I would be paid on or before 12/7/18 I am currently still waiting today 11/30/18
I wouldn't worry. I do a lot of shops for them and they have always paid me for everything including recently. However, sometimes from the date you did the shop it's been closer to 60 days. My most recent paid were submitted and approved on 9/30 and I wasn't paid until 11/23

Edit: I will add that I have also thought they weren't responding to my emails before, but they were actually in my junk folder and I felt terrible.

Every shop I did for them they were late paying. I thought they were trying to correct this.
I had to chase payment for the first time this summer. I got a nice email from them and an apology. However, I've had to chase payment again since. sad smiley

I as well did a shop on 10/25. Darcy emailed me that the payment would be processed yesterday. Still nothing. This is the 3rd time in a row I had to chase payment.

I contacted Darcey yesterday for a 10/31 shop. I was told pmt would go out 12/28 sad smiley
She was apologetic and so pleasant.
Sadly, I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I'm 62 and my husband is unemployed. Apologetic and pleasant just don't do it any longer -- especially during the holidays.

For the 3rd to 4th time I have had to chase payment. My most recent shops done on 10/30/18 supposed to be paid today according to Darcy well see. I then have two more shops awaiting payment that is not due yet. Cant pay on time is tell tale sign of company possibly going under. Most veteran shoppers who have been around have seen it.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Years ago when About Face had amazing clients like the cosmetics ones and paid well, I worked for them...
they lost them all, and the ones now just don't interest me, so I haven't worked for them in years.
I got an email Xmas literally begging me to do a job, having someone come to my home and pickup stuff.. .on Christmas for a whopping 10.00 bonus sounds a bit desperate. I wonder if they're in trouble, just guessin,
but they have been going downhill and from all the late payments when shoppers need their pay, just saying. I worked in Vegas and every company paid DD within 5 days. Shoppers beware I wonder why a company loses ALL their good clients.

Ultimately, we had to upgrade our payment program with them to rectify the issues.

We are also adjusting our technology and processes to make it easier for you to check your own payment schedule. We are automating and compressing steps that make our finance operations bulky and slow. You deserve a modern, shopper solution, on many fronts. We are working hard to get everything corrected and on the best path forward for 2019. And, we know that you rely on getting reimbursed/paid in a timely fashion and for this reason, I have personally responded to every shopper inquiry.

Folks; the payment policy stinks for About Face. I did a lot of work, always got paid, however.

I'm a little late coming here to post this but I received payment in a timely manner this time around without having to send an email. Dacey's got this!

I did get my most recent payment without having to ask and was on time. Hopefully they are back on track. They have a few shops I like.

My mom did a shop in early November and finally emailed about payment. She was told she would be paid on February 8th which is about 90 days out!!! Double what the pay statement says (45 days).
Darcey from finance said I should be paid on the 25th pay cycle. Let's see later today how my account looks.
So it's the 29th five days from the 25th pay date cycle I was told I would receive my payment. Will send another email to Dacey.

glad to see i got my 2nd payment on time without having to remind so looking good on my end hope others follow suit and aboutface has corrected this issue

Just an FYI...I have to chase payment for a shop done the first part of December. I don't know how many of you saw it, but they now have a link to submit a payment inquiry: [aboutfacecorp.typeform.com]
The link is found on your pay statements. After I entered my info, I got a message saying the finance department would respond back with 48 hours.

Still waiting for payments for work I did months ago. Really bummed out because I needed that payment desperately last week. Might have to call it a loss and quit working with them. I rely on my shopper pay to get by. It's my main job.
90 days...still no payment. Very sad as you said it would be issued today by close of business.
