I believe hold pay means that the shop has been excluded or rejected.
I had one rejected several years ago and my scheduler was able to answer my questions for me. I would suggest trying to contact your scheduler to get an answer on what went wrong with the shop. In my case, I was definitely in the wrong with the shop.

And we have not received our payments for the 15th and no one is explaining that.
Still waiting for a response re: January 15 nonpayment. An inquiry was sent buy no response yet.
