Ipsos not paying

I am in email contact with them regarding the 1/15 payment (never received) and my paypal address is good ....supposed to be paid for shops through 1/8(?) ...No resolution yet.

UPDATE - Got paid today (1/31) for two of their pay periods.

I am sure they will straighten in out. They're a good, reputable company.

None that have gone under are even 1% the size of Ipsos. They are a global research company, not just mystery shopping. There would be many more alarm bells going off for the company before shopper pay was affected and honestly, them going out of business would cripple the R&D and marketing departments of every global company (since they use them for at least one if not the majority of their research).
that is what folks said about the others that have gone under. NONE are guaranteed to be safe forever.

Received my current and back pay yesterday from Ipsos. Thank you julia@ishopforipsos for your input.
I used to do many many shops for them. Never had a problem with them in 2017 where most shops were done. I did hardly anything for them in 2018. Have no idea if things have changed at the company.
Got paid a day early from them for January. Have never had any payment issues with them.
Anyone know how to get in touch with Ipsos? The reimbursement for one of my shops is incorrect. Since February 2, I've emailed mspayments@ipsos 3 times and have gotten no response.
