I signed up for 4 of the companies MFJohnston recommended. I was not surprise when there were no shops available anywhere within 100 miles of me. After 4, I gave up. This is why I stay with MF. I don't live in a rural area. Just a small town near some larger towns. The nearest big city is 2 hours from me, but I'm not willing to travel that far for shops. Oh well.
This is so very important and something I think I saw when I first started shopping a decade ago (though in a vastly different area) I live at the tippy bottom of the Jersey shore and we don't have a lot of chains here, heck we don't really have much business 7-8 months out of the year. However, I knew there had to be some shops because there were some chains and I just kept signing up and signing up. When I saw there were no shops, I was discouraged, but a week or two into signing up, I was getting emails of shops in my area..or at least relatively close" and I just kept signing up for more companies. I've found one that has a bunch of shops in/near Atlantic City, which isn't a big city, but it's much bigger than mine (maybe 45 compared to the 4 that were coming up in my immediate area) and I now match up my comp rooms with a bunch of shops. It's amazing what adding more companies and maybe changing your distance can do to build up your availabilty of shops.@MFJohnston wrote:
I am convinced that there is more work for you. You said your area has car dealerships and banks. It almost certainly has a post office. These are all shopped - its a matter of finding the MSC's. I *do* suggest singing up for all of the "15," not just four. @JASFLALMT is correct: It is possible that the other MSC's with work in your area have already assigned it for this month - if there is another shopper or two near you, s/he could be good at grabbing much of it as soon as it is available.

I don't see anything there either. Must be a mistake.@gocrazy4801 wrote:
I don’t see anything. What does it say?

LOL. The one I saw was dated today.
Alas, it is no longer there -- the most recent posting is dated 4/19.
The one I saw this morning was ABOVE the one dated 4/19 -- and it's now no longer there.
Now we know for sure this is our real ceasesmith!@ceasesmith2 wrote:
Is THAT what I saw? I thought it was YOU!

Well its the 14th and not a peep out of Marketforce about when they will grace us with their paychecks this month. This is the new normal I am afraid.

I just wrote and asked when I will be paid, they are late with my payment and asked me to do another job. I asked for a bonus, taking all of your advice, and haven't heard anything about a bonus or pay.
