Ipsos app opinions please

I am finding issues with this app. Besides not using it, any suggestions for report uploading or is desktop PC best method. ? thank you.

You can review how to set up the app on your Home Page on the right-hand side under Help Documents there is a link called IPSOS Mobi Audit Setup that may help! You can also email me directly at juliaus@ishopforipsos.com! Thank you!

If you are not already a registered shopper with Ipsos, please register at [www.ishopforipsos.com]. It will take up to 30 minutes for you to receive the email from Ipsos with your login information. Once received, login and click on OPEN OPPORTUNITIES in the upper left corner (using a computer, NOT a smart phone and NOT a tablet). Apply for the ones you are interested in.

PC is definitely the best method. The app is very unreliable.

as long as i can use the desktop for submitting reports, I am OK. I tried the setup function on app but it acted weird, showing available shops, then not showing them.

As long as I may use my desktop PC to submit, I am OK. I will just delete the app.

I have some shops coming up. I plan to attach the photos, answer the quick and easy questions, then sync and finish up/submit from the laptop. The app makes attaching photos so much easier that I can't blow it off altogether.

My main problem is the time it takes to synchronize. Many of my shops are within 2-3 minutes of each other and after I submit a form, or even if i accidentally go out of a form, it seems to take forever for the app to run the synchronization. Many times it won't even be done by the time i get the next shop done. It takes anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes sometimes. Is there anything that can be done to speed this up?

Go into the settings and turn off the "Automatic Synchronization" while you are just inputting jobs in a row. If you need to sync press the circle/arrow at the top.

I have the MobiAudit app and recently downloaded Ipsos Mobile app. I can't get logged into Ipsos Mobile and I don't get the 'add account" screen the instructions reference. So frustrating!
