IPSOS Hold Pay

I have a shop marked "Hold Pay." I have not received any communication from IPSOS.

It was a standard bank shop I've done a gazillion times and went off without a hitch. I submitted it before I left the parking lot, as I always do.

I asked the scheduler. She checked. She said the shop looked fine and has been submitted to the client.

Any ideas?

It will either clear for payment, or they'll let you know if they need additional info.
Pending Validation means it's still being worked on, Hold Pay is when you're not getting paid in my experience. I've never gotten an explanation for what went wrong even when requested. My Hazmat shops left in limbo for months last year, one was finally approved the other Hold Pay without a request for info or explanation. Three closed location shops that had half pay in the guidelines in 2015 and 2016 sit in my Hold for Pay list. I sometimes think they are there just to irritate me every time I check my payment history. Don't get me wrong, I love working with this MSC, they always pay on time and communication on issues like this has been really improving lately. You might try asking them what went wrong.

I have a pending validation one from 2015 no joke

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I'll take a wild guess and say the client is disputing the payment pending an investigation.
IS there any way to get rid of the hold pay from the site. It is annoyning to keep looking at them. Some are from 2015
