Is Customer Impact reliable on payments?

I am considering taking some higher-paying projects, but they are a good distance from me. I would like to make sure they really pay. I haven't been with them long enough to get paid yet.

Never had a problem with getting paid.
They pay the 15-25th of the following month that you did jobs.
They pay. I haven't done anything for them in awhile (I like the restaurant shops and not the merchandising ones) but I ALWAYS got paid.
I've only done a handful of shops for them, but they've paid on time every time.

Shopping the South Jersey Shore
Yes. Getting scheduled is another issue. They heavily play favorites. Much worse than most companies.

There are reasons that a body stays in motion
At the moment only demons come to mind
Yes, they pay, but recently getting scheduled is a problem, new shoppers have taken over, but they are a reliable company, not to worry....I get scheduled my two favorite restaurants whenever my three months are up, but I only do restaurants for them.

Live consciously....
Absolutely! Never had a problem. As someone said, they give a date range, and in my experience it's always been on a Friday within that date range.

They are a good company to work for - however, how would handle this situation....
A prepaid restocking job at 10 gas stations started yesterday. I did the work and it was done exactly according to the instructions - yesterday. Today an email comes out saying those instructions were wrong and included new instructions that would require me to revisit every single station. What would you do?

I would expect to be paid for the visits I had made and also to be paid for the new visits to rectify the previous instructions.
I did a restocking job for them awhile back according to the instructions and then they came out with revised instructions. I contacted the scheduler and they said the revised instructions were for the jobs going forward(jobs not yet done). They did not make me go back and redo the previous jobs over,
They are reliable payers.

As for going back, I have had to do that a few times for them and they always pay for a revisit like that.
I would call them. They are good people. They will make it right.

UPDATE - they want me to go back to the stores for $5 each and complete them according to the new planogram. I said I would go back only if for the same amount as the initial shop as the error was theirs, not mine. Have not heard back (10 hrs ago)
I would call your scheduler directly. They will work it out with you. There was one location I couldn't redo due to and they were fine with it.
Update. Scheduler was great - after I rejected the $5 re-shop. Was paid full price to go back and set according to the new planogram. Only thing is I could not do it through the GoSpotCheckApp so had to take the pictures and email each one (24 in total) to my scheduler. But hey, at least I was paid! Kuddos to scheduler and Customer Impact
But you didn't get paid for the initial visits with the wrong instructions that was their error? If that's the case, well that's just wrong. You should be paid for ALL visits as it was not your fault.
