Does Cirrus EVER pay it's shoppers?

In March, (3/8, 3/19. and 3/20) I did five telephone jobs for Cirrus. I thought it was somewhat strange because I was asked to log on using someone else's user ID and password. I did the five jobs per the instructions. I forgot this antiquated company requires an invoice at the end of each month, so I did not get mine sent in until April 7. Supposedly, the company was going to pay me between Aug 5-7. WHERE IS MY MONEY CIRRUS? Geez, I did these jobs over five months ago!

I was paid this Monday for a job I did at the end of April which was timely based on their pay schedule.
Yes, here's the schedule: April: processed last day of July, hits PayPal 5-7 day later. There might be a better contact to use, but here is one... questions@cirrusmktg.com
I feel your pain. I just sent an email this morning asking if they sent my payment to paypal yet and no response.
It is surprising people still shop for this company after all the negative posts. I had only to read a single thread a few years back to decide to avoid Cirrus like the plague.
I have always been paid by this company. However, I have had to chase down payments on more than one occasion. I have always had immediate results by contacting the owner, Monnie Howard: Mhoward@cirrusmktg.com.

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
That is just horrible! I did one shop for them last year and it took almost 3 months to get paid. I will never do another shop for them!!!
They took 5.5 months to pay me...they pay but it took forever and I had to remind them twice.
I don't mind if it takes 3 months, but I absolutely will not chase payment twice. Once and I'm out. Deactivated, whatever. I have enough to remember without having to remember that.
I have never had to remind them.

But once I submit my invoice, I just figure 6 months. Then I'm pleasantly surprised when it arrives in 5.5 ( smiling smiley )

And, I've never...ever....ever had a MSC NOT pay me. Even when Goodman was going out of business, and they took like *9 months* to pay...I still got paid. Without chasing it down. I just followed posts about how they were having issues. Not only did I get paid, but I also got $20 extra for each shop I did. It ended up being a windfall of over a grand.

So, I do shops for Cirrus once in a while. It's nice to know that money is coming, even if it's coming later than I would like....
When I first started doing mystery shopping in 2013, I did a few of their shops. On the first apartment shop they told me I talked too much and would not pay me. On the second shop they told me I didn't talk enough. Again they refused to pay. I never did another shop for them again. They also wanted you to call the apartment complex 12 times to try and get the target sales person. If the target did not answer they wanted you to just hang up. There's this thing called "Caller ID". I did not want the cops showing up at my door. LOL
Was that Freeman? I don't remember a Goodman.

@JASFLALMT....hmmmm. I think it was Goodman Freeman??? Now I can't remember. Yes, it was Freeman. IDK how I got "Goodman" out of it.

Just googled....Freeman Group. Sorry about the wrong info there smiling smiley
It's okay, it's good to put negative experiences into the past and not dwell on them smiling smiley I did the same with Franchise Compliance when they went under (I did NOT get paid...over $200 they owed me). I rarely think about it now.
There was a mystery shopping company called Goodwin Hospitality that went out of business some time back. I remember doing food and beverage shops for them. That's probably who you were thinking of.

No, Goodwin changed their name to 360 Intel. They did not go out of business.
Correct, and they are on the iSecretShop platform.
I enjoyed the furniture shop. The pay was good. I also did some storage audits. I did not like going into stalker mode for my money.

IDK are their crappy jobs really worth it?

This is my first post on this forum (and my first online review/post in forever). I'm not much of an opinionated person, but I really have to share my experience with Cirrus to warn future shoppers.

Working with Cirrus is at your own risk.. I was in a similar situation with late payments. I was in it for the bonus. I only performed shops with bonuses, but didn't realize how unprofessional the company is. I knew I would be receiving payment 3 months after the shop, as stated in the agreement. I submitted my invoice on time but still they missed majority of the payment deadlines. I emailed them each time, and even emailed all the employees I could find who had the cirrus email. You have to chase down payments. Its frustrating, trust me.. I've had to send a least 15 emails asking for my money, in this terrible ordeal. Unless you are ready to put up with unprofessional-ism, don't work with this company!

The reason why I kept working with them is because (1) I never came across this thread. (2) I performed the shops all within a 5 month period before I realized how terrible the company is on following their OWN payment policy.

Welcome to the forum, sssss.

One of the functions of the forums is threads just like this. Many shoppers don't mind waiting for their funds, as long as the company pays as agreed. I do mind, and have never done a shop for them because of the long wait.

There are other companies with similar shops, who don't take that long. Maybe EPMS?

Good luck!
Thanks to this forum I have never done a single shop for Cirrus. They might want to rethink their methods because a lot of shoppers are steering clear of them.

= nice bonuses winking smiley

I do agree, though. Even though I shop for them, it's rather reluctantly
Just a thought...perhaps (my opinion) they think if they wait long enough to pay, shoppers will forget about it.
I did one shop for them in my naive beginning, a crazy long impossible shop for 45.00, took hours to complete and report and I never got paid.....have I worked for them since, shall I say more?
p.s. I an surprised they are still in business with their history.

Live consciously....

I don’t know how to submit my Cirrus invoice. I’ve tried everything. How do I do it—and where do I find it? I’m sorry. *facepalm*

I did that same shop and never got paid.
Why didn't I see this thread before? I did a few phone shops for Cirrus in October. I don't mind waiting three months, but I do hope that they pay me as agreed.
