If this is the phone shop (Technology Hardware) that I think it is, you have to actually go into the report like you were going to fill it out. You will then see a link to take the test, check the yellow sticky up in the top right corner. Once you pass the test it will open up more of the report.
Here's the weird part. You will click a link in the report and it will open a new window where there is another report. This report only gives you one question per page, kind of the way MF does, however, I don't believe you are able to go back to review your answers. I know at the end when I save the report, it was gone, no way to review it for errors.
