I’m so confused about IPSOS and Shopmetrics “side” vs “Sassie” side. I have 2 different logins for each. I signed up for a shop today requiring a quiz, but on my IPad the guidelines won’t load and I can’t access the quiz. I don’t have my laptop at the moment, but I normally do everything on my IPad and have no problem with any other site. The app for IPSOS keeps shutting off while I’m in it. Advice? Similar problems? Thanks!
