Stericycle Site Down?

I've been trying all day to get on their site to enter some reports. I get a 505 error message. They're already gone home now, so hoping my shops don't drop off my board. Anyone else?

Tried an hour ago, couldn't get in. Sent emails to the two main contact people for the project and I got the typical "out of office" reply from one of them. Won't be back to Thursday. Just hope they understand that I cannot just drop everything at the drop of a dime when it comes up. I was expecting to do reports on the 24th, not the 26th.
I had the same problem. . . .Had a shop schedule for 12/24 and couldn't get on the site all day. They weren't open at all today, the website said. The gas station shops cancel at noon two days after they're scheduled for. So hopefully they answer their phone on Thur.!
Anyone having luck today?
At the start of the day, I got a reply that IT would be working on it. Must be a big issue.
No luck. I keep looking bc I'd like to enter this report. But at this point I'm not very hopeful that I'll be able to enter it. I wonder if it will still be assigned to me.
I spoke with scheduler Debbie. It is still down. She assured me shops would be reassigned if they drop off.
I have not been able to get on the past few days! I tried calling yesterday about a shop I wasn't able to complete and report because of these issues with no response yet.
After reaching out I got an email from a scheduler saying they are aware of the problem. I wish they would have been more proactive and contacted us about the problem. I have a report to submit and I have no idea if or when I'll be able to submit it. Wouldn't have even bothered if I knew.

Another day still down, wow. Can't imagine the people involved with this project are very happy.
Be patient and have sympathy for the staff at Expert Solutions.

I'm sure they have had to field a ton of calls and emails over this matter.

They have always been nice and very helpful to me whenever I have had to call or ask for their assistance.

They should of sent out a mass email to all of us so we wouldn't have to find out ourselves. Makes me wonder if they're closing up shop.
When I spoke with Scheduler Debbie yesterday, she said they were hoping to be up and running again over the weekend. I'm sitting on 17 shops to report.
In terms of keeping us informed, I suspect that such would not be possible since their system is down since and they can't see who has what. I'm only sitting on one completed, but was hoping to pick up a few for today and tomorrow.
You would think they'd have the shop/shopper info backed up somewhere else in case of this type of situation.
I have faith in them and understand that they are the most frustrated ones out of all of us. My biggest concern is that when it does go back up, the time to get the reports done is reasonable from that point (at least 24 hours), considering the expectation will come on a day that one was not expecting to do them. I have 11 reports to write. They are easy but tedious given all the short open ended answers needed.

I don't have any shops luckily to put in but I sure hope they don't make everyone reshop the shop that are outstanding that would just be the icing on the cake.

Please keep us informed if anyone sees they are back up or what they're doing with outstanding shops.

Does anyone know when they are supposed to be back up?

They are still in the MS business as far as I know. Someone did say that with their system down they wondered if they were out of business
Hopeful it will be today. Good day for me to do the backlog reports, and since I am away from home and driving home tomorrow (3:30 hr drive), I am wondering what kind of opportunities could be there as I will be going through some rural towns where the client is common.
Probably missing out on some BIG bucks!. . . . Oh well as they say, tomorrow's another day. AND Wednesday's another year! (Trying to make light of a frustrating situation for us all with Stericycle being down.) HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!!

The system is still down and our IT team is working to fix the issue, we are hoping to have it up and running sometime today. We are not losing the gas station shops or going under.

I am unable to log in myself as well, we are hoping soon to have the site up and running, IT has not given us an exact time yet.
