This response from Debbie tells us that it is not a problem with their server, or a problem on their end that can be fixed by their IT department. The problem is with the provider, which could be a couple things, but since it is has gone on this long my guess would be that it is with the company that provides their web hosting. More conclusions could be jumped too as to what that issue would be. Though that would also mean that Debbie herself can only know so much about what is going on. If they intend to get this resolved, then it should be this week, because I imagine the client wants to close the books on their 2019 shopping campaign and while they might be understanding now, their annoyance might pick up. Hopefully those who have reports to do will still get paid fully for their efforts.
