Stericycle Site Down?

My heart sank this morning when I saw the site was still not up yet. No Ability to report means no money next week. Heavy sigh...

I got the same answer ..... not sure when it will happen...........

I'm curious. Did anyone else get paid today? Mine has always come through by now.
I just talked to Debbie a few moments ago and she said she thought it would be back up by Monday. hopefully the payments will then start rolling in for anyone is waiting to get paid.

We are aware that Stericycle’s websites are down and that you are unable to complete your assignment. This is due to a situation with one of our service providers. We are working diligently with our provider to assess and correct the situation. We currently do not have an estimate of when the site will be available.

I have been with this company since 2011 and have NEVER run into a situation like this. It is very concerning and am wondering if they are battling back and forth with another Mystery shopping company over the stations. Something is definitely going on.

I have been wondering the same thing. It should not take this long to get a server up and running. Imagine all the work they are missing!!!!

Thank you so much. I have been doing Stericycle for about four years and it has been my favorite. I always wondered who the people are in my area that take the jobs before I do LOL. I also have been doing about 10 other companies and now when I look at any business I wonder who is handling (if any) the mystery shops.
I am also concerned but remember it has been over Christmas and New years holidays and some of the IT people could be on vacation. A lot of people do take a vacation over this time. Hopefully, it will be up soon. Debbie has never lied to me and i have to take her on her word. I have also been with this company since 2010 or 2011.

I've never done any work for this company, but it is absolutely ridiculous to have a site down for over a week, no matter what time of the year it is. I hope everyone took really good notes to enter shops after all this time.

It has been about 2 weeks now. A server should be able to be fixed way faster than this.
I have no reason to doubt Debbie either....however, perhaps she is only telling us what she has been told.
Holidays do affect things. But this is extensive. And I do worry that there was no mass email that went out, even still, to address this.
This reminds me when the Athletic Director gives the Vote of Confidence to their football coach in the middle of a bad season..... Then FIRING him at the end of the season.

This response from Debbie tells us that it is not a problem with their server, or a problem on their end that can be fixed by their IT department. The problem is with the provider, which could be a couple things, but since it is has gone on this long my guess would be that it is with the company that provides their web hosting. More conclusions could be jumped too as to what that issue would be. Though that would also mean that Debbie herself can only know so much about what is going on. If they intend to get this resolved, then it should be this week, because I imagine the client wants to close the books on their 2019 shopping campaign and while they might be understanding now, their annoyance might pick up. Hopefully those who have reports to do will still get paid fully for their efforts.
i think our minds run wild with what-ifs and what can be the problem because they aren't telling us more. I do believe Debbie is telling us what she knows.

I did research web hostings and if they have to change web hosts then the research I found says they have to be very careful as to making sure all info is on the new host before cancelling the old host. That is if they're fed up with the old host.
If it's the provider, I will jump to the conclusion that it's ATT. If so, it will be a while. Such was my experience.
Do they still only have the one mystery shop which is a gas station? I remember when they had 20 to 30 different shops and they are so easy. Paid within 2 weeks always. Oh the good times. Maybe they are finally done with the mystery shopping business and will focus on their product recall division and recycle/garbage division.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
