Unfortunately I'm assuming yes. The lack of sharing proactive updates and payments not being made for shops that were entered before the site issues makes me think all data was hosted externally.

I just got paid a few hours ago and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. I wasn't able to submit the reports for these shops due to the website going down but they paid me anyway. I have to give them credit and I appreciate their honesty.
I just checked my checking account. They paid me what they owed me a couple of hours ago. Yes, signs of life!
I spoke to Debbie today and when I asked her when the site would be up she had no answers. Glad to see they are paying people. Better late than never. Anyway, she was very non-commital with a date ....... We'll see what happens.
So question the ones who were paid was it for previous shops that you did and reported or was it for ones done that you were unable to report. If it is the latter I would say they may be out of the mystery shopping business. The former and maybe a slight chance they come back. Also is the product recall retrieval side of sterycyle working?

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
finally got paid for the jobs I completed in Dec before the site went down.
Maybe the site will come back up now.
I believe all of this should be stored in accounts payable as they are who I have dealt with in the past for incorrect ones. I have an email out to them and will be calling tomorrow if I don't get a response. I will update with what I am told.
Maybe I am lower on the list because I have it go to paypal. Sent Debbie an email about the shops playing dumb that I don't know that you guys have been paid.
Received an email this afternoon from Deborah, and it's promising!
It contained a list of the shops that I would have reported while the website was down and is asking to fill out all the reports, one at a time, via a pdf form, through email. Pics will be attached as well. Have until the end of the day Sunday to do this. Glad I took good notes.
Happy for you to be able to submit reports I still don’t feel hope that anything will be back in order. If they had any plans to resume this I would think they would just let you report the way we always have. Sounds like this is temporary so they are being fair about everything and the. That is it ????
I was dumbfounded but got my 1099 today. I knew I went over the IRS limit and needed one. But due to all their issues I was expecting to not get one.

I am glad everyone is getting paid and they did send the 1099's but on that form they did not break out the reimbursements which they always have done in the past which you don't have to pay tax on is what I'm told per the irs but I can't really go on their website to try to figure this out so what is everyone going to do? Guess?

Anyway does everyone think they are just tying up all the loose ends to close down or are they going to reopen there website? It's been soooooo long not sure what to think.

Most companies don't break down reimbursements on the 1099. You're supposed to save your receipts if anyone asks for proof of your expenses.
