HS BRANDS. PAYMENT ISSUES

I have been a loyal evaluator with HS Brands for several years and I am facing the problem which I ask you to help me with.
I have not been paid for shops done in August.
The payment department and lisa.malkowski@hsbrands.com, who answered me in 5 days upon my inquiry there, are unable to resolve my problem.
Lisa Malkowski is ignoring my messages for 3 to 10 days, then writes nonsensical questions without offering a solution. Lisa also ignores my request on providing me her manager's contact information. The telephone number on the official HS Brands website is not answered by any human as well.
I simply don't know where to go to get my payment earned with hard work.
Can anybody here provide me with contact details of anybody among the management who can hear me out and respond to my inquiries regarding the breach of contract on the part of the employer? Thank you very much in advance.

They are notoriously slow payers. I rarely do shops for them these days because of this. However, if your shops show as being received with no issues, it's my opinion you will be paid eventually. Yes, the payment cycle is generally 90 days. It's been awhile since I did a shop for them but I think that would be 90 days after the last day of the month in which you completed your shop. So a shop completed in August should be paid in December. I have no idea how to solve your problem, but don't do anymore shops for them until you get paid. I hope it gets resolved soon!
Well actually..... if someone did a job in August then 90 days out would still be a November payment (Sept-30 days, Oct-31 days, Nov-30 days). I did a job for them Sept.16 and it has been 87 days since the end of the month in which I did the job. I certainly would like to be paid in 2019!
I was thinking that most MSCs would push that to December 1st. But since that date has come and gone...

When I first started doing shops for them back in 2001 they paid a lot quicker. I did a couple of hundred shops for them prior to about 2010. Since then, only a handful. My point is if you know a company is going to pay slow, don't do so many shops for them. Sign up for more MSCs and move on.
Yep. They will pay. I just accepted the fact that the payment will be around 3 months after the shop.
If you completed your shop in the end of August, and then it wasn't edited until September, then they'll count the month as September. So, 90 days from the end of September would be Dec 30th or so. I'm not saying it's okay, but it might help explain why it's taking so long. Also, apparently if you do several high paying/reimbursement shops (like the casinos) they'll pay you faster. oh well.

I did a shop in September and i'll likely get paid on Dec 30th but it'll take several days to "process payments" so the money likely won't be in my account until January 5th.
Don't hold your breath....

That's supposed to be the way it works. Not lately. WTH is going on there? Inquiring minds want to know.

Faster for the casino jobs. Faster? Faster? What does that mean? That's a loose term regarding HS. Faster could mean 80 days later instead of 91.
They are a marginal, poorly managed company. No excuse for their payment policy. They have no respect for their shoppers so I quit them.
I don't know why anyone would shop for them after reading this thread.

That's your experience. I have easily made over $50,000 in fees and reimbursements from them over the last 20 years.
I've never missed a payment but there have been times it's been close to 120 days. Ah, the unanswered questions of mystery shopping....why do HS Brands and Ath Power pay so slow? Why does ACL still pay by check? Hm... I think I'll start a thread....

Shopping domestic and international locations since 2003.
It is true about the casino shops. I was paid within 30 days after the shop. I was pleasantly surprised considering my last payment with them took over 2 months.

I can also vouch for the company's soundness and integrity. I have easily made more than 4 times that amount in fees (I do not count reimbursements as income) over the last 11 years. They are always there to help me if I have an issue or concern. If you cannot get through to a human on their phone prompter, try the "0" key. I would first contact the scheduler if you have an issue with a particular shop that you did.

I am owed quite a bit of money from them, for jobs that I have completed since January. I was just paid for partial jobs I did in January. Is there a day of the month they do payments? How long does it take you to get paid?
Try reaching out to a scheduler from Kern. They can go to bat for you even if they didn't schedule the shop for you.

I read that their pay schedule for shops done outside NV was 75 days past the last day of the month in which you submitted the shop. That means you would normally receive the paycheck at close to 3 months after you submitted the shop.
Thank you for your response! It just doesn’t make sense that they wouldn’t pay me for the entire month, especially since all the shops were done on the same day.

I does not matter when the shops were done; what matters is when they were successfully submitted (including any required edits). I have done and continue to do many high-dollar shops for HS Brands, but I do limit the non-NV shops because of how long it takes to get paid for them. However, HS Brands is an established company and has always paid.
