Warning! Scam texts received pretending to be from Bestmark

I received two text messages today purporting to be from Bestmark. Both texts asked me to click on the in-text link to advise the scheduler of my availability for $30 retail visits.

I emailed a Bestmark scheduler and was advised that the texts are scams.

When you click on the link, the website is KSS with lock for security. I contacted 2 schedulers and admin email addresses for KSS and emails ignored so far.
I received this yesterday, once, as well. I thought it looked fishy so, I deleted it. Then, I went to my Best Mart profile and removed anything I could find that allowed texts to be sent. I do not like receiving texts for jobs unless the number is already programmed in my phone. I figured if Best Mart had a job for me, they would email me; not text me.

I'm glad I saw this. I got approved and scheduled a visit for tomorrow, but I got a funny feeling when I noticed the email says it's from "bestmarks". I also didn't see it scheduled to me on the website, so I decided to look here.

It's been a long time that I've seen a scam that looked as legit as this.

Thanks for the heads up!
Thanks for the heads up! I didn't even realize it was a scam. I just ignored the texts since I'm not signed up with Bestmark and was annoyed that they got my number.
I received the text too and figured it be a scam or spam. My spidey senses were tingling, as I always correspond by emails from them. The only text messages I get are from the Source, Mercantile, Confero, and Market Approach. Plus I know these schedulers by name at this point.

So, you entered your user name and password on the scam site??? If so, have you changed your password on the real site and any other site with the same password?

I logged onto Bestmark's official site today and saw I hadn't been assigned a visit. I never entered my username and password from a link or anything.
I got one too. Did not logon. Confirmed w Bestmark that it is a scam

I just got this today and couldn’t get anyone from BestMark to confirm. Thank you very much.

I just got this text and clicked on the link. It goes to "kernschedulings.com", which is not the KSS site (note the extra s). The text came from 254-265-0399. Searching on that number does not come up with anything so they may have switched to a new number.

I reported the web page I ended up at to Google at [safebrowsing.google.com]

The really scary thing for me is that this is someone with knowledge of the MS industry.

I received the text, then the email. It came from

Hi Randi,

Thank you for your interest in this project. We recently received your application for this shop. Your zipcode and date of visit have been approved.You can choose to shop any of the following stores;

Locations available for your zipcode:

We're supposed to go to a local store( drug store and big box store) and purchase a gift card worth 200.00. you get to keep the gift card and get a 30.00 fee. Seems " too good to be true", especially since you can do up to 6. Also, I'm not active with Bestmark.

This is an amazon email address.
Really popular with scammers.
