Maritz/Ipsos pay. Anyone seen an email?

Maritz told me the pay would be the 13th. I have not seen anything from chase as of yet. Has anyone else?

My first direct deposit since the takeover went through on 2/27. Nothing yet since then.

The payment schedule for shops conducted on the legacy MaritzCX website and app will remain the same. Shoppers will be paid 15-30 days after they have completed their shops and submitted their invoices and the payment dates are around the 15th and 30th of each month.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.

We have some further communication coming to all of the shoppers in that signed up with MaritzCX. You are free to post, but I personally would prefer to get the information out.
For now, it truly is business as usual on the Maritz programs and all of the former Maritz team (myself included) are still here to help.
Yes I spoke to Maritz yesterday, and they said 13th. Last month we got something from chase 2 days before, so that’s why I was asking. Thank you
I got the message today that tomorrow I will receive an e-mail from Chase and to proceed from there to set up DD.

So I'm not expecting to get paid tomorrow. Maybe early next week. Hope springs eternal...it's only a few dollars, but it's much needed.

If you set up DD immediately, you will be able to accept the payment and initiate the money transfer to your bank account from Chase, which usually it takes 1 day. The email conveniently is sent after the cut off payment transfer for the day, usually around 3PM EST. Thankfully I got my chase payment today.
I don't like the extra step of "Accepting" the money. Took too long to reset the password because I did not remember it, then verify the device because it was not recognized. It's going from Chase to Chase, can't they just put it there??? Like before? Who's not going to "Accept" money? SMH
I got the email and had to set up an account to accept it. Looks like it will take a bit longer than the old days, and I am not keen on signing up with all of these different payment processors (checkbook.io, this, others...) IPSOS didn't use Chase, so I wonder why the change? I'll see how long the few hundred takes to hit my account (I did it yesterday, nothing yet). I am not really complaining, they have to do what they deem best for their operations...I am mildly annoyed, at best, but I also wasn't counting on this money to hit my account on a specific day, either. I feel worse for those who were.

In other but related news, is there anywhere to see a payment detail? I thought I used to be able to see what shops were covered in a given payment in the MartizCX website by clicking on the direct deposit link with the date, but this most recent payment doesn't show up there. The Chase screen doesn't list what this payment covers either, and I like to reconcile.
I have it set up to get a text. I also have it setup to automatically accept it so all I have to do is transfer it to my bank.
The previous payment showed up on the Maritz site a day or two after the payment went through so I expect the same will happen with this payment. It can be accessed the same way, through the direct deposit link.

Is anyone else having a fun time trying to keep the various payments from IPSOS straight..ie Presto Ipsos, Shopmetrics Ipsos, Maritz Ipsos, Sassie Ipsos. It's a challenge, but a good challenge when it involves money coming in.

I never received an e-mail from them to set up Direct Deposit. Should I try contacting them?

Are you waiting for payment from the Maritzcx side? If you do, they will send an email with notification that the money has been sent. If you have not set up a DD, then you will click on that email and will direct you how to set it up. If you have missed a payment from Maritzcx, then you should contact them.

I checked my settings and I also had it set up to go directly to my bank. But there is a little info icon that says that it will be directly deposited only if the sender allows it. Apparently, Ipsitz (my new name for the combo company) did not allow it.
The email that I got from Chase bank hit the inbox the last two pay period (Feb 26 and March 12) was about was about 3 PM MDT on that Thursday. It hit my Chase account the next Morning about 8:30 AM MDT. I had to accept the payments in the first email even though I had auto acceptance checked on [chasepayments.jpmorgan.com]

From FAQ from the site
When will I be able to access the payment?
Once payment is accepted by the recipient, elapsed time to receive money depends on the
following:
Accepting Money into a Chase account – For transfers to a Chase account, funds will
be available the next business day if the payment is accepted before the 8PM Eastern
Time cutoff. If the transfer is accepted after that time, or on a non-business day, funds
will be available two business days after acceptance.
Accepting Money into a Non-Chase account – For transfers to a Non-Chase account,
the transfer should typically be completed in one to two business days after payment is
accepted, subject to the processing times of the financial institution holding the NonChase Account.
It doesn't go directly to my bank. It is set up to automatically accept, then I have to go in and transfer it to my bank.
