Well, it would make sense that they terminated work with Kern as of the end of March since there were no shops to schedule. I'm also still waiting to be paid but apparently people were paid earlier this month. So I'm not as much of a pessimist as you are. She is likely waiting to be paid as well for scheduling services they performed (unless they get paid faster than shoppers). I'm not sure what you expect her to do beyond forwarding the email.
