IPSOS Editors/Rejection

I've never had an issue with IPSOS before and have been doing shops for them for months. However, all of a sudden I did two of the same kind of shop for them and both have been rejected by the same editor, even after I provided the follow-up I asked for. Is there anyway to appeal this or communicate with someone beyond the same editor? Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Which IPSOS platform was it? You should be able to appeal to a supervisor if you feel the rejections were unjustified.
It was the Shopmetrics Forum. I 've also had hte problem where I was assigned a shop a day late and then it was rejected on the same day because it was late. I've had so multiple problems with them recently that I haven't had before and out of all of my MSC I've shopped for this is the only one. I can't tell what's changed.
It is so confusing with too many platforms. A good start would be emailing the mystery.shopping@ipsos.com and requesting to communicate with a supervisor to resolve the issues you are having. You could also cc the scheduler to let them know.
ddunn, the site went crazy earlier in the year when they acquired Maritz.

I had the same issues. I was told I was missing an email confirmation regarding a pick up order. I told the evaluator I never received it. I had to rely on a ride for the pickup so that is why I had to call-which is why the shop was rejected. I was told that if I had not received the pickup email to say so and I could still get paid yet the evaluator said it was missing. Help me get paid for the shop.

if this is for their hardware shop, it's specifically says in the guidelines to not go to the store until or unless you receive the confirmation. if you don't get the confirmation, then you submit the report is not able to pickup and you still get paid.

That happened to me on one shop. I did exactly that (i.e. I did not go to the store and I reported that I did not receive the ready-to-pick-up email). I got paid.
Thanks everyone for your help. I was ableto resolve issues with one of my shops but not the other, ironically it is the same reviewer that I consistently havep roblems with. I may just push those particular shops to the bottom of my priority list when it comes to choosing for awhile.
