I've had so multiple problems with them recently that I haven't had before and out of all of my MSC I've shopped for this is the only one. I can't tell what's changed.

if this is for their hardware shop, it's specifically says in the guidelines to not go to the store until or unless you receive the confirmation. if you don't get the confirmation, then you submit the report is not able to pickup and you still get paid.
