Need contact email for IPSOS appeal of a "Hold Pay" shop

Does anyone out there know of a senior person at IPSOS who will respond to my appeal for a "Hold Pay" shop? I think I did everything right!

Can you contact your scheduler? I've had good results e-mailing the scheduler and asking her (or him) to forward to the appropriate person.

The scheduler refers me to another person....neither will now respond to this issue. The shop is still listed as "Hold Pay" but does have the fee still posted (unlike other "Hold Pay" status listings where the fee is posted as $0.00),

Hold Pay was removed.
I was wrong. But with my excellent work history for them. She gave me a one time pass. Could not ask for anything more honest and fair in
