Is anyone noticing IPSOS cancelling bonused shops?

It makes it impossible to plan a route if half of your jobs are cancelled and you still have to do the jobs for other companies. (Probably because there is too much bonus)

You are correct. I even had one IPSOS scheduler offer me an increased rate for "fill-in" shops (gas stations), because my route for the primary 'bonused shops' made the "fill-in" shops convenient...then the primary 'bonused shops' were removed, and I had to cancel most of the "fill-in" shops. The email from the scheduler promised a specific pay rate (which she had to seek approval for, and received that approval)....then the rug was pulled out, and the scheduler said, and I loosely quote her, "...oops, sorry, you never know." Another reason not to trust Ipsos.
It happens to me sometimes, a shop or two here or there. A couple of times I thought for sure they were giving them to another shopper that I could tell was working the area, but when I passed by the locations I saw the stations were closed and undergoing renovations. Still doesn't mean they didn't give it to someone else, but I doubt it. Another time a highly bonused shop was canceled, but it returned to the board, and I was able to self-assign at the same rate and do it anyways on the same date. Not sure what that was about. Probably a client snafu. But other than that, I have done lots of bonused shops and have not run into this issue unless it was related to a natural disaster.
I've made routes and then found myself at locations that I had no shops for on the board. But I always thought it was my fault, that I had made the routes and either forgotten or not double checked the shops on the board when I accepted or confirmed them. Now I see it happening to other folks.. maybe it wasn't me?
fortunately this hasn’t happened to me in years, and it was a different company that did it. it’s an incredibly shady tactic, and i would be upset as well. also, whoever the scheduler me is that said “oops, sorry you never know” sounds like a terrible person with no integrity.

BTW: They were scheduled by the little company that schedules for IPSOS. I don't think the little company had any thing to do with the cancellations or even knew about them.

I sympathize with you. Believe it or not, I know of a shopper that had $3,000 worth of highly bonused shops with them that got canceled after he had traveled a great distance to do them. You bet he was mad.
