Ipsos and stagecoach bank certification

I was never interested in any of these complaint-against-the-bank shops because I didn't think I could pull it off. But now I'm going to try a phone one. However, I cannot pass the certification!! Have failed 5 times. Any tips?? I can reach out to the scheduler but this forum is usually faster and I wanted to do the shop today. Thanks!

Which stagecoach phone shop? I know there were a couple of questions that had answers that did not seem to match guideline information.

I also am having trouble with a similar certification test. It is for a phone call to a branch, not an in person complaint.

One question should be answered 'all of above' even though the guidelines specifically state we're not to ask for a complaint reference number.

Yes, I remember we had 99 or 100 pass attempts and I probable took that test 50 times. There are a few "all the above" and "both a and b"/"both b and r"type questions that are the real troublemakers, from what I recall. If you focus on them, and change answers to those questions, you will eventually get it--or call your supervisor.

Contact the scheduler and you will get the answers. These certifications are poorly written and contradict sometimes, their mistake!

I do these shops every 10 days. I'm amazed that sometimes I pass the certification and other times I don't. It always seems to be hit or miss.

I go through the cert and create a pdf of my answers. I use this as a guide for the next round.

I had trouble for the first time passing a different certification for IPSOS> I have taken that specific cert at least 15 times in the past and always did fine. This time though they did not tell you your score. It really helped when I knew in the old days that I got only one wrong. This time I had no idea. And they were the exact same questions as in the past but the answers had changed!
