Best Mark Pay

Anyone having issues being paid by Bestmark? I have a shop that was supposed to be paid by 6/15. No one is responding to emails and when I call the 800 number it goes straight to voicemail.

They tend to pay late these days. I emailed them last month and the payment came a week after that. I just emailed them now. Mine also said June 15th.
Same with me! They have not been answering my emails after they said they are having technical difficulties with the financial department. This was weeks ago. Why is it so hard to get a simple payment from a job completed in April.
Do they actually pay a job fee for shops now? I signed up with them in 2008 and did a few shops. I quit after a few months, because it was a waste of time searching their job board only to find that most of their available jobs required me to work for free. Have they changed, or do they still expect us to work for free?
I'm also having payment issues. I have shops from April and May that have not been paid. The website shows that the payment should have processed on 6/15 but I have yet to see any money. I've sent 3 emails over the past month with no response. I've seen this in the past with other Companies right before they shut their doors. I'm not doing any more shops for them until I know they are able to pay me.
I've sent a couple of emails and have never gotten any responses. For a company that deducts $2/day for late reports, late pay is ridiculous. I'm not doing any more shops for them until I get a payment. And I actually use to like working with them, unlike many.

Late to pay and not responding to payment inquiry emails. Will not be shopping for them anymore until they pay for past shops.
I was finally paid as well. No one ever answered the phone or an email, so I'm going to be pretty hesitant to pick up any more shops for them.
Their website shows I was paid on 29 June, and that it should show up in my Paypal account by 30 June. So far I havent received it.
Sometimes I wonder about what shows up on these MSC websites. I say that because there is a different SASSIE company that I work for...up until yesterday, July 1st, the pay had been showing as "Pending", when it SHOULD have been in my PP account no later than June 30, according to their own pay schedule. So...late yesterday afternoon, I sent an email to the corporate owner & payroll dept asking for my pay. They sent it sometime last evening, because this morning, July 2, it shows up in my PP account as being paid July 1st. But HERE'S THE RUB......I went back to the Sassie page, and now....INSTEAD OF "Pending" as of July 1st, it says "Paid" on JUNE 30th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHO went in there and CHANGED THE DATE????? So.............something seems fishy or amiss with how these MSCs report their pay on the websites.
No pay has come through for me, BUT, I have heard from a reliable source that Second to None bought out Bestmark, and is working to resolve the overdue payment issues.
Fingers crossed I'm next...but glad to see the US shoppers got paid.
I'm having the same problem. I did a shop May 4th and another June 7th(where I had to spend $50 that would supposedly get reimbursed) They said I would get paid May 31, then Jun 15, for the May shop which never happened, then said June 30 on the payment page for the Jun 7th shop, but haven't paid me at all. They don't answer the phone (goes to voicemail) or return calls and they don't respond to emails. It looks like Bestmark is not a good mystery shopping company anymore unless you want to do the shops for free or in my case pay for things that you won't get reimbursed for.. They were legit 4 years ago when they sent checks but now theydon't actually pay.

Lucky people that actually got paid. Hope they eventually pay me, but not holding my breath

Hmmmm... BestMark had several clients and was licensed in Nevada. I wonder if Second to None will get all their clients and also their own NV license after buying BestMark.
The sent an email apologizing for the delays, saying they've had technical problems after migrating to a new payment system. They are working through their backlog and said I should be paid soon.
I received my payment on July 6 as well. I hope they get their technical problems fixed.
