August Pay From Sinclair?

My check was mailed on 9/30. I expect I’ll receive it by weeks end. The post office is getting slower and slower so I will have to reconsider before doing work for companies that pay by check also. I think it is time Sinclair moved into the 21st century and did electronic payments too. When I look at potential shops I always look at the pay schedule and see if I want to wait. Schedulers pay attention!!!! If you are having issues getting shoppers, look at how your company pays. I’ll take a smaller shop and get paid next week over waiting 3 months for pay.
Since schedulers have been requested to pay attention, I will overtly solicit work.
Shopper Bob does not take exception to being paid by check, waiting 60 to 75 days for payment. has never flaked in 18+ years and is both willing and able to submit a report requiring narrative the length of a novella. He must, understandably, be paid for his efforts. He does not, however, own a SmartPhone.

Mine also shows mailed on 9/30. Today is Oct 8, and still no check. This was the last time I'll work for them.
Frankly, this all seems, to me, to be blaming Sinclair for the shortcomings of the US Postal Service.
This MSC has helpful schedulers and editors, a clunky web site, but interesting jobs with pay that rises when shops are not being grabbed. Moreover, most of its shops eventually pay better than market rates for easy MS work.

I agree with Wales, I doubt if Sinclair has held back on sending out the checks. The blame should be on the USPS. I also agree that sending checks via the USPS is not keeping up with the current technology.
First of all, the fact that they show that checks were sent out on the absolute last day possible is a sign of potential shenanigans.
Next, all of the replies that I have received from Sinclair about the issue have been copy/paste responses from their website. I asked for an answer to a simple question. I asked, "Can you confirm that the USPS actually received the envelope with my check in it on 9/30/21?" The reply was unprofessional, lacking details, and was a copy/paste job from their website. That's another bad sign.
A previous poster doubted whether Sinclair actually missed their stated 9/30 deadline. Really? I see signs that point to them missing the deadline.
It's not THAT Sinclair is late getting out payments. Its HOW and WHY they are late getting out payments, and their lack of transparancy and service. All that is needed here is a quick email explaining their situation, to update us on when we should be receiving our check, and a quick "we are truly sorry." When it comes to shopper payments, we are as much a customer of their business as are the companies that they contract with to perform evaluations. They are not providing us with proper service, at least with this payment issue.

My check arrived yesterday. it was dated September 29th and mailed on October 8th.

Check the fiedlagent app for the pizza shops.
