I have never had any communication issues with anyone else at Mintel. Working with Josh, for example, was a pleasure. I have also worked well with others at Mintel on other projects over the years.
When she got back from her recent holiday, I was really rooting for her because she improved significantly. She responded to emails much faster and sometimes assigned weekly assignments on Mondays instead of Tuesdays. I thought her holiday might have been just what she needed to recharge her batteries.
Then, she appears to go back to being tardy in responding to emails and in generating the weekly assignments again.
I have gotten into the habit of reminding her to generate a monthly assignment for me. This is the first time she hasn't generated a survey before the month (October) ended. I am now missing last month's survey and also don't have this month's survey.
I also can't renew some of my P.O. boxes until she gives me the go-ahead.
I agree. It is horrible. Their guidelines and links leave much to be desired. Links are often non existent. Instructions are not concise or contradictory or confusing. You are left wondering, "What if....?". Still love Mintel as the pay is generous and they are quick to respond to questions.
Mintel has the absolute worst user interface. Or am I wrong? But they pay promptly.[/quote]
