I recently requested a shop to be rescheduled for Friday, and I got an email back from the scheduler saying that it has been rescheduled for Saturday. So now I have to scramble and find some other shops to do in the area on Saturday to make it worth driving 30 miles one way..
I'm not happy, but I can roll with the punches until I get a feel for the new way they are doing business. I hadn't worked for them in at least 6 years, though I have been signed up with them for the better part of 10 years.
