Second to none rescheduling shops

Hi everyone! I’m not new to shopping but have done very little shopping with this company as they just recently started to have shops in my area. I am in an area that was hit by the recent snow/ice storm and had 2 shops with this company today but due to trees down all over the roads around my house I had no way to get out today. I emailed the scheduler and sent a message to STN but didn’t receive a response so was wondering if anyone has received replies from them on weekends or if I won’t get a response until maybe Monday? I did try to change the date on the website but it is not letting me change it, it says there aren’t other dates available. Let me know if anyone has had to change a shop date due to an emergency and what did you do? Thanks for any info!

The scheduler in my area is very helpful and responsive, even on weekends. Maybe you have a different scheduler.
They are really great to work with. You may not hear anything on the weekend, but email them again. Also, even though it's the weekend, you can call them and leave a message about your situation and ask then to call or email you. Their number is: (734) 302-8400. HTH.
I have only done handful of shops with them throughout the years, but communication always been good.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.

I've been doing shops with them for about 4 years. They used to be professional and reliable. One of the best, if not the best. The last 4-5 months though I've been seeing new names on the shops and frankly it's been awful. It's taken days to get replies, often not getting any at all (been ignored several times costing me shops $$$), they don't seem to understand how things actually work, and in some cases I've been lied to. I did 14 shops with them this month and now I'm probably going to be deleting my account. It's been that miserable and it's just not worth it.
I recently requested a shop to be rescheduled for Friday, and I got an email back from the scheduler saying that it has been rescheduled for Saturday. So now I have to scramble and find some other shops to do in the area on Saturday to make it worth driving 30 miles one way..

I'm not happy, but I can roll with the punches until I get a feel for the new way they are doing business. I hadn't worked for them in at least 6 years, though I have been signed up with them for the better part of 10 years.
