Anyone having issues with the cell phone test for IPSOS?

One of their test requires you to pass at 100%. I keep scoring 91%. I'm shown the question I miss, but no matter how you answer the question, it marks you wrong. I've passed this test before, but had to have a scheduler correct the test. I've sent them several e-mail's over the last few days, but have not gotten a response. As of this month, IPSOS wants you to retake the test, even if you've passed it before.

More About Phone Shops

Are you referring to the "electronics" one that conveniently doesn't include all of the requirements in the shop description? That requires you to take a selfie photo in front of the store with the store name included in that photo? The one that requires downloading an app (if you haven't already) of your choosing because pics must also include visible geolocation, date and time stamp. Is it the one that allows 10 max per shopper or the one that allows 20 locations? I have a few scheduled but haven't taken the February quiz for these shops. IPSOS has a few different phone shops in my area.

This is for the Electronics Mystery Shopping: Smartphone v2m $16 shop.

I wouldn't have applied for these shops, if I knew that a selfie is now a requirement.

I was just taken by surprise by the new selfie requirement. I have performed these shops several times in the past and a selfie was not required. As you noted, the new selfie guideline is not visible until after you accept the shop. I am going to hold off on these shops for now.

It sounds like the same type of shop I've scheduled but mine is Smartphone v2, not v2m. It's a $16 shop listed as "Electronics Mystery Shopping" under my Sassie shop log.

Did you already use up all 11 attempts at taking the quiz? If not, hit that teal blue rectangle link on the left instead of the submit on the right. You'll be able to see which question is incorrect. Btw, does your shop require the selfie and use of 3rd party geotagging app? Which app are you using and how much storage space is it using. Does your camera have wide angle selfie mode?

That is the test. The question has two possible answers. The question says to pick all possible answers. The answers use buttons. With buttons, you can only pick one. Check boxes are used for multiple answers. I showed them on the guidelines there are two possible answers,

A safety vest selfie is as far as this old dog is willing to go. And I make sure that it is barely discernible, too. I have done these electronics and cell shops but don't really like them so it's usually when I have a real light schedule that needs filling or a good bonus is attached. But a full selfie requirement is a big nope for me.

I don't mind doing the selfies. I did finally pass the test for the cell phone shops. There are two possible answers. The one I picked is the most correct answer, but it's marked as wrong. I showed them using the answer from the guidelines.

Asking someone to do the most for too little money.

I wore a mask and only shot from the bridge of my nose up. I think ipsos get a lot fraud (based on the crazy anti-fraud messages I've seen in many of their guidelines). The selfie is probably a desperate anti-fraud measure.

I've done lots of these shops in the past. I don't take selfies so it took some getting used to. So far, about half of me is on the edge with the whole store front showing. Also need to take a geotagged images of the brand phone display within the store. Not hard to do so far.
