IPSOS Sassie 3/15/22 Payments Delayed Until 3/18/22?

Pay just started coming through everyone. I just texted my favorite sweet scheduler and they had not been paid either, but it came through just as we were texting.

Regina responded to my inquiry and said they were going out today still. I don't see it yet in my PayPal.

Keep watching. Victoria's came through as we were texting. She started by telling me it was a system wide issue when I asked if she had any information I could share on here. Then right after that she texted back and said hers actually just came through, so it should be in our accounts any minute now.
I will believe it when it's in my account and not before. I had bills that were due yesterday and I figured it was safer to not pay them and take the late fee instead of the overdraft fee --and so far I'm right

Nothing yet. I am in the Pacific Time Zone this month, and it is now 6:23 EDT...ZIP, Zilch, Nada, Crickets from the froggie folks at IPSOS.
Hello everyone,

I'm in the Mountain Time Zone (4:37 pm) and I have not received any $$$ yet.
I just got paid for three shops done on 3/5. The IPSOS payment states,"... through approx. 3/11/22 ..." These are posted with a pay date of 3/15.
Whoops, Ipsos.
Not even close.
I am owed $288 for shops done on 3/10 and 3/11.
Have fun over the weekend, IPSOS, with your conscience.
7:30 PM EST, not a penny. And a lot of my work is from 10-12 days ago. I’m very very salty.
I was paid today after 7:30 PM. Does anyone know if they are removing that platform as an option or something? ????????‍♀️What happened? I did nine shops for them today. I’m hopeful this won’t happen again. I’ve always felt they were fair and have recommended them to others. ????

This is probably a one-off situation, or a very rare situation.
Maybe it's just because I worked in Accounts Receivable before becoming a MS that I understand that since we are not employees, and are contractors, that things will happen. IPSOS actually has a great track record compared to many clients I dealt with in A/R. They'll be fine. People being annoyed and salty are understandable, I am annoyed that I don't have it right now, but I am not going to overreact over it.
It is NOT over-reacting when your employer (client, whatever!) misses their paydate by three days and then fails to pay you for 75% of your earned pay.
Payment for exactly half of my shops received at 8:58 pm EST today. Still waiting for the other half…
So who’s not gonna take shops anymore for IPSOS because of this?

Things happen. It sucks, it’s inconvenient and it has caused hardship for people. They have a strong track record of quick payment, have jobs I like and are generally reliable.
I had a ghosting situation as well myself and as a professional, I expect a timely response. It is key to our success as most of us have too much going on to remember we are still waiting for a response. I work a full time job and keep everything on my spreadsheet. The last communications that I received was that I would receive compensation today. I have not received an email from them letting me know that they fell short of that commitment.

She is exactly right....I am, for one, sick and tired of their 'ghosting' and non communication.

I am waiting for the next exciting opportunity!
Its just past 9 PM CST and I haven't seen anything come through yet. I wish we had more information on what was going on.
Me for one. No explanation and no $. Until I get both and am satisfied it is resolved, no new shops thanks.
Ipsos has one of the best payment schedules. I would rather them be a little late on rare occasions than switch to a monthly payment schedule. But I understand it can have real consequences for many, and I empathize.
Did anyone else not receive payment? It is Saturday morning and still nothing.

Saturday morning and still, no pay!

For some, it is not that big of a problem. For me, I try to run my contractual work like a business - use the money made to make more money.
Meaning of course, the money I make doing this work is part profit and the other spent as the cost of doing business. Initially when starting this, I invest my own money and then recoup it while making a profit. I try to keep enough in reserve to offset problems such as these.
Sigh.
Other than complaining or moving on to another, more pay reliable MSC (is there any??), it appears not much can be done.

Hopefully, the shoppers in our areas that take the jobs for lower fees.
Still no payment, here. Am I annoyed? Yes. But I don't think this will happen again, at least not for a while.
Disappointing because the delayed payment did not come through when they stated. I wouldn't mind a short delay, but to not complete what was stated is disappointing.
