Did you register for their payment platform called Tipalti? Payments go directly to your bank via ACH and do not come through a 3rd party. If you did not register, and if your payment came through another channel (i.e., PayPal), they charged you for the processing fees incurred.

BARE pays a month behind, so you only should have been paid for May ($47 labor, $21.99 expense = $68.99). It sounds like you paid $4 in processing fees.

If you go to your shopper log, the 2nd blue bar has your evaluator ID, number of shops, and shop rating. Expand this blue bar by clicking on it and you should see a box called "Tipalti payments". The individual shops do not show up as "Paid on..." anymore. The details are located by clicking in this "Tipalti payments" box (at least, if you are registered for Tipalti). Hope this helps.
